Youth Pastor (full time)

Telford Minster is a church plant recently started in the centre of Telford, a growing new town in Shropshire. The Minster operates under a Bishop’s Mission Order and has been given a unique opportunity to explore innovative ways of being church, outside of the usual parish system. A modern worship space and shared space right in the heart of the commercial area provides a base for the gathered community throughout the week and Sundays. 

We are looking for a Youth Pastor to join the team.

The Youth Pastor will develop and lead a strong youth work team, encourage young people in Telford to explore their own identities, grow in confidence, discover faith in schools and in the community and come to faith in Jesus and develop a lifelong call to follow Christ.

• Full time employment, with a pension and contributions. Salary of up to £29228 p.a. based on experience.
